Shopify & Gadget Status
Is Shopify down? Is Gadget down? This page reads both platforms' official status feeds every minute and translates them into plain English: which of our Shopify apps are affected, and what to expect while an incident is open.
All systems operational
Shopify and Gadget are both reporting normal service. All 7 of our apps are running as expected.
Our apps
All 7 operating normally
Every app below is built on Gadget and runs against Shopify, so each one inherits the health of both. A red or amber card means an upstream component the app relies on is reporting a problem. Link straight to any app with an anchor, for example /status#shabbify.
EPCC Foodify
OperationalA Gadget incident can stop the app loading in the Shopify admin. A Shopify storefront or checkout incident affects what shoppers see while ordering.
Deliverify
OperationalA Gadget incident can stop the app loading in the Shopify admin. A Shopify checkout incident affects the delivery options shoppers see at checkout.
Interact
OperationalA Gadget incident can stop the app loading in the Shopify admin. The app also needs the Shopify Admin API to read and write store data.
Shipping Manager
OperationalA Gadget incident can stop the app loading in the Shopify admin. Shopify third-party service incidents affect carrier lookups and label generation.
Brightpearl
OperationalA Gadget incident can pause the sync between Shopify and Brightpearl. Shopify third-party service incidents can have the same effect.
Platform status
Reported by Shopify and Gadget themselves. Component names and wording come straight from their status pages.

Shopify and Gadget outages, explained
The questions we get asked most when something is slow or unavailable.
Is Shopify down right now?
The Shopify panel on this page answers that directly. It reads Shopify's official status API about once a minute and shows what Shopify itself reports for Admin, Checkout, Storefront, the API, Point of Sale and its other components. If every component is green, Shopify is not reporting an incident.
Is Gadget down right now?
The Gadget panel on this page reads status.gadget.dev about once a minute and shows what Gadget reports for API reads, API writes, the Shopify connection, code editing and the AI assistant. Gadget is the platform our Shopify apps are built on, so a Gadget incident can affect our apps even when Shopify is perfectly healthy.
What is Gadget, and why do your apps depend on it?
Gadget is an application platform for building Shopify apps. It hosts the backend of our apps: the database, the background jobs, and the connection that reads from and writes to Shopify. Because that backend runs on Gadget, a Gadget outage can make an app slow or unavailable even though the merchant's store, theme and checkout are fine.
Which Stronger eCommerce apps depend on Gadget?
EPCC Foodify, Deliverify, Interact, Bulk Orders, Shipping Manager, Shabbify, Brightpearl all run on Gadget and talk to Shopify. Each one is listed on this page with its own live status and the specific Shopify and Gadget components it relies on.
One of your apps is not working, but this page is all green. What now?
This page reports what Shopify and Gadget report. It is not an independent health check of each app, so a problem specific to one app or one store will not turn it red. If everything here is green and something is still broken, contact us with your store URL and what you were doing, and we will investigate it directly.
How do I get notified when Shopify or Gadget has an outage?
Subscribe at the source. Shopify and Gadget both offer email and RSS notifications that fire the moment an incident opens, and links to both are at the bottom of this page. This page is the fastest way to see both platforms and their effect on our apps in one view, but the official subscriptions are what will reach you when you are not looking.
How often does this page update?
Both status feeds are re-read at most once a minute, and the page refreshes itself on that same cadence while the tab is open. The timestamp beside the refresh button shows when the data was last checked.
More detail lives on our apps and help pages, or talk to us about a Shopify build that has to stay up.
If something is down
Get alerted at the source
Shopify and Gadget both send email and RSS notifications the moment an incident opens. Subscribing there is the fastest signal you can get.
What we do
Platform outages are handled by Shopify and Gadget, not by us. We monitor the same feeds, confirm which of our apps are affected, and follow up with anything that needs to be re-synced or re-run once service is restored.
Still stuck?
If this page is all green but something in one of our apps is not working, that is worth telling us about.
Status data comes from Shopify's status API and Gadget's public status API, cached for up to 60 seconds. This page reflects what those platforms report; it is not an independent measurement of our apps. The same data is available as JSON at /api/status.
