How It Works

- Customers manage everything from a My Recurring Orders account page — rename subscriptions, change products and quantities, update address and delivery timing, swap payment methods, pause, reactivate, or cancel.
- Merchants configure plans, pause signups store-wide, and edit FAQs from the Shopify admin. Automated emails cover welcome, upcoming renewal reminders, and payment failures — with merchant alerts when something needs attention.
